This award underscores our unwavering commitment to creating sustainable, high-quality and aesthetically outstanding wooden structures that combine innovation and functionality.
A big thank you to the competition organisers — the Building Design and Construction Council and the association “Green House” — as well as to all our partners, who make this competition a significant platform for celebrating excellence in construction.

We would like to thank our customers, partners, and the entire team for their hard work, trust, and support. This victory proves that wooden buildings constructed in Latvia can achieve excellence and serve as an inspiration to the entire construction industry!
The Latvian Construction Annual Award is now in its 11th year, and its mission is to promote safe, innovative, and high-quality buildings. This year, 149 construction projects were entered in the competition.

The BONO HOUSE M38 private residence is located in a picturesque setting at 38 Mārtiņrožu Street in Sunīši, Ropaži Region. The project was commissioned by BONO HOUSE, designed by the architectural firm 8 A.M., and constructed by the company “Aimasa”.
The Latvian Construction Annual Award 2024 competition evaluated 155 entries across 10 different categories, also presenting two Grand Prix awards and several honourable mentions. BONO HOUSE stood out for its high-quality and aesthetically pleasing approach to modern wooden home construction, surpassing a number of other projects.
This recognition is a significant testament to the Company’s growth and its ability to create outstanding, environmentally friendly, and functional homes.
